Please note that after determining the cost of the tour/service, the government should increase monument/museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel charges or guide fees. In India, the same additional fee applies. Our prices are based on the applicable tariffs that we have negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and airlines reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event of such a change, the rates provided by us prior to the change may be changed by us to reflect the changes made by hotels or airlines.We and our partners act exclusively as intermediaries for hotels, airlines, transport companies, railways and airports. Contractors providing other services and all commercial orders, invoices, contracts & Tickets issued by us – will be sold on & the conditions under which these services are provided. Any ticket, voucher or travel contract used by the carrier/hotel or other service provider constitutes the sole contract between the customer and that contractor should give. Many factors such as weather, road conditions, participants’ physical abilities, etc. Itinerary changes may be required before or during the tour.

Vridhi Travels reserves the right to change any aspect of the itinerary, including transportation and accommodation, without notice in the interests of the trip and participants. Security, comfort and general well-being without granting any discounts, advantages or refunds and any additional costs that would be charged to the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or changes in the program or costs incurred, nor for any loss, injury or special/consequential damage – direct or indirect – caused by any act of God, flight cancellation, accident, machinery or equipment failure, transport failure. weather conditions, landslides caused by disease, political closures, natural disasters, maritime hazards, floods, fires, acts of government or other authorities, wars, riots, riots, theft, looting, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs services, regulations, omissions or other causes beyond our control control, or unforeseen events or other causes, including any liability of or additional costs incurred by customers. In addition, customers are responsible for any liability or additional costs incurred due to the above causes.

We will not be responsible and shall not be liable to any customer or their legal representatives for any loss of property or damage resulting from death or personal injury, including loss of service, which customers may suffer as a result of the act, negligence or failure to perform any carriage. Any company, hotel agent or other group of persons, their representatives or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or in connection with travel, transportation or other services, whether by reason of ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control any car, bicycle, boat, motor or other vehicle belonging to the carrier or any other person, whether through its negligence or otherwise, for any reason whatsoever. The use of sports equipment, bicycles, sailing boats or diving equipment rented or made available by hotels or landlords is at the customer’s own risk.

We do not have insurance coverage for injury, illness, loss resulting from theft of the or any other reason. Visitors are advised to apply for such insurance coverage in their home country. All luggage and personal effects are at all times at the risk of the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any service if for any reason we deem a trip, tour or guide unprofitable or if circumstances justify such action after the value has been refunded and the customer is no longer entitled to it shall have any further claim against the Company in any capacity whatsoever. We reserve the right to refuse to perform any contract with any person whom we, in our sole discretion, deem undesirable and no reason need be given. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be submitted to an arbitrator appointed by us. All such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Haryana (India). The validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Indian law.
