Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/NO-SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE Policies: If the Travel Arrangements/Travel Services are canceled for an avoidable/unavoidable reason, we must be notified in writing. The cancellation fees apply from the date of receipt of the written letter and are as follows:
- 120 days and 120 days before arrival – 5% of the travel/service price (only transaction fees or bank charges).
- 119 days to 75 days before arrival – 10% of the travel/service price. from
- 74 days to 40 days before arrival – 20% of the travel/service price. from
- 39 days to 20 days before arrival – 25% of the travel/service price. from
- 19 days to 8 days before arrival – 50% of the travel/service price.
- 07 days or less prior to arrival / no show – no refund.
Please Note
- Notwithstanding the above cancellations, if you cancel your trip/travel service after booking it with us, a service charge of at least 10% will apply.
- In the event of cancellation of the trip after the start of the trip, the refund is limited to a limited amount, which also depends on the amount that we can recover from the hoteliers we have visited. For unused hotel accommodation, charter transportation and missed meals, etc.We do not take any responsibility for the refund.
- Special train journeys (e.g. Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja and Maharajas Express) have separate cancellation policies (these must be communicated if required).
- We inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation for the following period for any reason, no refund will be due.
- booking in high season (December 20th to January 15th).
- Reservations for festival periods (holidays like Diwali, Dusshera, Holi, Pushkar fairs etc.).
- bridge reservations.
