Refund Policy

Refunds: For refunds of unused services (which have been prepaid and cancelled) the refund amount will be calculated according to the cancellation policy described above and the money returned accordingly to the person who paid for us. Please note that due to banking procedures, the refund process may take 2-4 weeks. If a refund is made to a credit card OR bank account, the bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. bank charges and taxes will also be deducted from the refundable amount.

No Refund for Unutilized Services:

Of course, there are no refunds or fees for unused services. This general rule applies to any form of failure or insufficient use of the travel services, in whole or in part, whether due to your choice or fault, or to circumstances such as illness, weather conditions, external factors, etc. In relation to the above rule, please note that refunds (amongst others) are not possible in the following circumstances. If you do not join the group at the start of the tour, join the group later, or leave the group for any reason before the end of the tour, you will not receive a refund.
